Your provider at Creekside Family Practice will discuss your medical and family history and perform a physical assessment of your current health. Depending on your age, state of health, and medical and family history, your doctor might recommend additional testing and bloodwork.

When should you get a physical exam?

What does a physical exam involve?

During your annual physical, your doctor checks your height, weight, and pulse, and examines your body to identify any possible abnormalities. Your doctor may also request bloodwork to check your cholesterol, blood pressure, inflammatory markers, and blood sugar.
